2010 Motocross Contingency

Thank you for your interest in signing up for the Suzuki Contingency program. The next few pages will help to guide you through the registration process and your information will be submitted to Suzuki Contingency for approval into the program. Once Suzuki verifies your bike(s) information, you will be emailed a confirmation that you have been accepted into the 2010 program.

** For all Racers under the age of 13 years old, the CONTINGENCY REGISTRATION AND MINOR RELEASE – RIDERS UNDER 13 document must be filled out in its entirety by the Racer and Racer’s Guardian(s). No application for contingency submitted online for a Racer under the age of 13 will be accepted. Should any Racer under the age of 13 years old submit an application for contingency online, Racer will be disqualified from the contingency program for 2010.

For all riders age 13 and above, to ensure that your registration is completed successfully, be sure to have the items below before you continue.

• Rider's Name and Address
• Rider's Social Security Number
• Rider's Date of Birth
• VIN # of all bikes to be registered

Remember, a new registration must be submitted every year. If you have not yet filled out the registration after November, 1 2009, be sure to continue so that you are registered in the 2010 Contingency program.
